The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Cody A. Seyer, no age given, 529 E. Adams St., No. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant and a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

* Nicoles M. Banta, 30, 630 Broadridge St., Apt. E4, was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

* Bobby J. Abernathy, 22 224 W. Vale St., was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator's license and failure to maintain insurance.

* Brandon W. Colycott, 34, 804 E. Adams St., was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Jo Ann Bohnert, 54, 3039 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Amberle G. McClanahan, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher M. Elbrect, 32, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lester G. Page, 40, of Glenallen, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael L. Willis, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving through a funeral procession.

* Billy D. Williams 41, 268 Meier Meadows St., was issued a summons for unlawful disposal of brush.

* Nicoles E. King, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
