The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Michelle R. Nunnelly, 35, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Shawnee Boulevard.

* An intoxicated person was reported in the 4700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An intoxicated person was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
