* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault and conducting injuries to herself.

* Jacob R. Colyott, 16, no address given, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a city park other than a road and careless and imprudent driving.
* Jacob R. Napier, 18, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a city park other than a road and careless and imprudent driving.
* Heidi L. Martinez-Lafentres, 36, 122 S. Bellevue St., received a summons for unlawful assembly, peace disturbance and rioting.
* An assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
