The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* James J. Beck, 28, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle, speeding and driving with a revoked license.

* Bruce M. Powell, 57, 605 Donna Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrest
* Dillan J. Richardet, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 4700 block of Old Cape Road.
