Summonses
* Candance B. Payne, 22, 615 W. Washington St., received a summons for assault.
* Robert B. Ellis, 26, 1207 Cherokee St., received a summons for disturbing the peace.
* Taylor C. Pierce, 19, 2819 Hilltop Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A weapons violation was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for possession of and illegal use of inhalants.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for illegal use of inhalants.
* A 15-year-old boy was citied into juvenile court for being a runaway.
