Police

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jennifer L. Moore, 32, 293 Wills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and child endangerment.

Arrests

* Brandon S. Arthur, 18, 806 Andrew St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* A 13-year-old cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.

Summonses

* Kadesia A. Harris, 17, 319 Hart Drive, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tonya N. Dougan, 29, 520 N. Maryland St., received a summons for affray.

* Stephanie K. Roberts, 29, 223 Morgan St., received a summons for affray.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported at Old Cape Road.

* A domestic dispute was reported on Optimist Hill.

* Trespassing was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Fire

Firefighters responded to the following call Wednesday:

* A flue fire on Ridge Road.
