The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Maxnie Montgomery, 52, 2284 Garrett Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on passing bad checks.
* Amos Locklear, 27, 714 Goodson Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Shannon M. Adams, 31, 45 Holly Circle, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
* Cedric J. Lucious, 22, 1012 N. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
* Teresa L. Baker, 52, 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
* Michael A. Stearns, 22, 502 N. Hope St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving with a revoked driver's license and failure to show proof of insurance.
Summonses
* Candace B. Payne, 23, 615 W. Washington St., received a summons for trespassing.
* Brittany Thomas, 22, 615 W. Washington St., received a summons for assault.
* Elaine Blattel, 21, 152 Blattel Drive, Scott City, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
* Kayla A. Craft, 22, 1225 Brandom St., received a summons for stealing.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 5500 block of Old Cape Road.
* A theft was reported in the 800 block of Eastview Court.
* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Alvin Street.
* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Assault
* An assault was reported in the 600 block of Abbie Court.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.
