Jackson police/fire report 12/2/10

POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Daniel J.R. Hall, 18, of Piggot, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Cory D. Chandler, 26, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Sandra D. Pollard, 36, 611 N. Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.

Summonses

* Ashley A. Hudson, 22, 957 W. Independence St., received a summons for a disorderly house and animal neglect.

* Kimberly R. Miller, 43, 957 W. Independence St., received a summons for a disorderly house and animal neglect.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South West Lane.

FIRE

Firefighters responded to the following call Monday:

* A citizen assist in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Tuesday:

* A motor vehicle accident on Interstate 55.

* Emergency medical service on Deerwood Drive.

* A first alarm on Lee Avenue.

* Emergency medical service on South Hope Street.

* Mutual aid on Highway 72.
