Police

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Cody A. Simmons, 19, 603 Albert St. was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol as a minor and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Erin E. Sitz, 22, 1060 Hannah St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* William A. Artadi, 18, 218 Rolling Fields Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Nathan D. Jones, 22, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Darris R. Dalton, 67, 1610 Cherokee St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street.
