Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* James M. Yount, 38, 406 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for a court order violation.

* Steven H. Bell, 19, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* William D. Lee, 50, 409 North St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to signal.

* Steven H. Beal, 18, 2092 Old Toll Rd. Apt. 17, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Kaci J. Sparkman, 19, Gordonville, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault and conducting injuries to self.

* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault and conducting injuries to self.

* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault and conducting injuries to self.

* A 15-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault and conducting injuries to self.

Summonses

* Jacob R. Colyott, 16, 604 Bunker Drive, received a summons for driving a motor vehicle in a city park other than a on the road and driving in a careless and imprudent manner.

* Jacob R. Napier, 18, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for property damage driving a motor vehicle in a city park other than a on the road and driving in a careless and imprudent manner.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of South Farmington Road.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 100 block of North Missouri Street.

* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

* A burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of E. Jackson Boulevard.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 3200 block of Oak Ridge Drive.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of N. West Lane.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 3000 block of E. Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Old Cape Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Hope Street.
