The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brandee R. Young, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Scott City warrant.

* Chelcie M. Dushuanack, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Kole C. bond, 17, 220 Cherry St., was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession.

* Joshua L. Price, 22, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Brandee R. Young, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding, driving while revoked, violation of drug interlock device, seat-belt violation and failure to maintain proof of insurance.

Theft

* A license plate was reported stolen in the 600 block of Brown Street.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

* Emergency medical service on East Jackson Boulevard.

* Emergency medical service on South Shawnee Avenue.
