The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* William E. Goodwin Jr., 32, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Leonard W. Orrell, 64, 187 Ankara Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Duncan T. Hahs, 22, 1212 Meadowbrook Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Randy Glover, 30, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding felony warrant in St. Louis.
* Brad A. Whitlock, 17, 909 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Virginia K. Ford, 38, 909 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Charlotte L. Brady, 24, 1520 Old Cape Road, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
* Richard A. Banks, 27, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* James G. Hughes, 29, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order and on suspicion of trespassing.
* Tamara D. Nelson, 46, 1609 N. Main St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for trespassing.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 3200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.
* A theft was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Nancy Drive.
* Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Jackson Trail.
Firefighters responded to the following calls Tuesday:
* Emergency medical service on Corinne Street.
* Mutual aid in Cape Girardeau.
