JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Stephen T. Bollinger, 33, 1210 North St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Justin L. Brandy, 31, 106 Donald St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Chad A. Collier, 42, 156 Yarrow Lane, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Lora J. Popp, 47, Box 24, Route D, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug parpahernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

• Kayla J. Klump, 32, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
• Ashley N. DeBoeer, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
• Destiney E. M. Shemwell, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without operator's license in possession.
• Seth T. Jensen, 24, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Luke J. Gast, 30, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Lora J. Popp, 47, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance, displaying the plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Greensferry Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Kimbel Lane.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• An assist was requested in the area of West Jackson Boulevard and Cathy Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 100 block of North West Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1300 block of North Street.
• Found property was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio Street.
