The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• John P. Singleton, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Blake L. Bullard, 24, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Amber G. Seabaugh, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

Summonses

• Jamie S. Johnson, 46, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Joshua T. Long, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Melissa R. Bown, 56, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving while revoked and failure to maintain insurance.
• Whitney P. Dewrock, 31, of Friedheim was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
• Steven C. Young, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
• Aaron M. Voshage, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
• Curtis L. Kimbel, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for illegal parking.

Assaults

• An assault was reported in the 500 block of North Farmington Road.
• An assault was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 3500 block of Eastwood Drive.
• Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.

• Fireworks violation was reported in the 800 block of Birdie Lane.
• Court-order violation was reported in the 1600 block of Cherokee Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Hickory Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of Elm Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of North Hope Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of Crestwood Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the area of South Union Avenue.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of Crestwood Drive.
• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.
