The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* John W. Dillard, 19, 727 Bellevue St., Apt. 4A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Dalton W. Knight, 18, 184 Spring Hill Road, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Summons

* Lester D. Dotkin, 34, 244 Gerald St., received a summons for property damage.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
