The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Austin C. Fowler, 17, 114 Pinoak Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a probation revocation.

* Steven A. Birks., 21, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested for selling goods from a motor vehicle.

* Cory D. Chandler, 25, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested for selling goods from a motor vehicle.

* Eric M. Benson, 21, 314 Mason St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge and was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Summonses

* Christopher D. Banta, 18, 630 Broadridge Drive, received a summons for littering.

* Tammy A. Robins, 30, 502 Mounds St., Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* A theft was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Maryland Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of Crestwood Drive.
