Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jerry D. White, 41, 811 Cecile Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* Lucas L. Gann, 27, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Pulaski County warrant for a probation violation for possession of chemical with intent to manufacture.
* Tracy D. Perkins, 36, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Maries County warrant for a probation violation for possession of illegal drugs.
Summonses
* Jonathan Tapia, 20, 952 Adams St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Taylor C. Pierce, 19, 952 Hilltop Drive, received a summons for stealing.
* Candace B. Payne, 22, 615 W. Washington St., received a summons for harassment.
* Ruth A. Warner, 51, 813 Amanda St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
Assault
* An assault was reported in the 3300 block of North High Street.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 3300 block of North High Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Howard Street.
Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department
The Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Anthony D. Darlage, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Joshua Martin, 52, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* James A. Atchley Jr., 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrsested on suspicion of child endangerment.
* Robert G. Ford, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Blake G. Letizia-Baebler, 26, of Byrnes Mills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of posession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Larry T. Baker, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Charles M. Farrow, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
