The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles L. Shipman, 41, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant.

Summonses

* Samantha J. Gray, 17, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of tobacco and careless and imprudent driving.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Jefferson Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
