Arrest

* Cortavian Silman, 17, 615 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

Summons

* Timathy A. Rickard, 25, 935 W. Main St., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving and a stop sign violation.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Elm Street.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
