The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Joseph W. Kilhafner, 32, 403 N. High St., received a summons for stealing.

* Chancellor A. Elfrink, 17, of Whitewater received a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Chelsey M. Collins, 24, 509 N. Maryland St., was issued a summons for dog at large.

* Jacob A. Smith, 17, 166 Rochester Drive, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 2500 block of Travelers Way.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and South Shawnee Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Cherry Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
