Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christopher M. Kracke, 20, 304 N. Missouri St., Apt. B, was arrested on a military warrant for desertion.
* David A. Fee, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
* Justin W. Cale, 21, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Anthony E. Gresham, 26, 111 N. Georgia St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
* Dalton W. Frymire, 16, 141 Skyline Drive, was arrested on suspicion of failure to stop at posted stop sign.
* Emily Busse, 17, 516 Michael Anna St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
* Landon J, Klaffer, 17, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for conduct injurious to self.
* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Two 16-year-olds were cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and conduct injurious to self.
* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault.
Summonses
* Larry H. Ruthenberg, 60, 1098 Aspen Drive, received a summons for public nuisance.
* Janel L. Hitchcock, 26, 620 W. Main St., No. 3, received a summons for failure to yield causing an accident.
* Ashley E. Luster, 23, 871 Aaron Drive, received a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
* Melody A. Merchant, 41, 713 Oak St., No. 8, received a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 400 block of West Madison Street.
* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the area of West Jackson Boulevard and Lee Avenue.
* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Clayton Trail.
