The Jackson Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David A. Fee, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order for failure to pay fines.

Summonses

* Ashley E. Luster, 23, 871 Aaron Drive, received a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Washington Street and Elm Street.

Firefighters responded to the following call Monday:

* Emergency medical service on East Jackson Boulevard.
