The Jackson Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A juvenile was referred to the juvenile authorities for affray.

Summonses

* Melanie L. Childers, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tracy A. Fetterhoff, 45, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of North Union Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Bellevue Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.

* A vehicle fire on north bound Interstate 55.

* Emergency service call on James Street.

* A citizen assist on Kimbel Lane.
