Police

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Clarissa M. Redman, 27, 2830 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Kellen M. Johnson, 17, of Jackson received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Brandon Arthur, 18, of Jackson received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Elm Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of Old Cape Road.

Fire

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

* Illegal burn on South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Odor investigation on North Hope Street.

* Emergency medical service on Donna Drive.

* Emergency medical service on August Street.

Firefighters responded to the following call Thursday:

* Citizen assist on Mulberry Street.
