Arrests

* Leah L. Marion, 46, 135 S. Shawnee Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance.

* Isaac J. Powers, 19, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

Summons

* Brandon S. Arthur, 17, 187 Arikara Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for second-degree property damage.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1600 block of Rosebud Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 2700 block of South Hope Street.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of West Washington Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:
