POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Chastity J. Benton, 38, 1389 Boxwood Drive, was issued summonses for driving while under the influence and failure to display headlights.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Odus Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Boxwood Drive.

FIRE

Firefighters responded to the following calls on Saturday:

* A citizen assist on Odus Drive.

* A medical assist on Oak Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls on Sunday:

* A smoke alarm activation on Donald Street.

* A medical assist on West Washington Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls on Monday:

* A medical assist on North High Street.

* A medical assist on East Main Street.
