Arrests

* James A. Rice, 39, 834 Odus Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

* John W. Dillard, 18, 1512 Clark Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for possession of marijuana.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
