* David Rebello, 33, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.

* Theft was reported in the area of City Park.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Daisy Avenue.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Mulberry Street.
