POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Luke Gilman, 17, 445 Spring Hill Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Robert Alvarado Jr., 18, 2361 Stotler Way, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license and failure to display license plates.

* Zachary Wipfler, 17, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Virginia Ford, 39, 909 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Kevin Burnham, 21, 412 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply with a court order.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway and being beyond parental control.

Summonses

* Anna Prickett, 24, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for driving while revoked.

* Jerry Jaeger, 68, 915 Greensferry Road, received a summons for public nuisance for a brush pile.

* Devin Biri, 23, 3347 County Road 324, received a summons for trespassing.

* Nathan Jones, 23, 305 Florence St., received a summons for driving while revoked.

* Bradley Bowers, 37, 210 S. Bellevue St., received a summons for public nuisance for trash.

* Mark Orrell, 40, 806 Andrew St., received a summons for public nuisance for high grass and weeds.

* Tara Bowers, 38, 210 S. Bellevue St., received a summons for public nuisance for excess trash.

Assaults

* A fight in progress was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* An assault was reported in the 800 block of Eagle Drive.

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of South Farmington Road.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of White Oak Street.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Timber Lane Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

* Harassment was reported at 220 W. Mary St.

* Trespassing was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.

* Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of Pleasant View Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Cherry Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of Smith Trail.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 700 block of Goodson Drive.
