JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Derrick J. Campbell, 19, of Scott City was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, failure to drive in a single lane and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Steven P. Royer, 50, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Dakota W. Arcand, 21, of Belleview, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Keyton J. Livingston, 17, of Whitewater was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license.

* Sabrina J. Franklin, 22, 113 S. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Alexis B. Voshage, 20, 1643 Columbia Drive, was issued summonses for speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Elmwood Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Property damage was reported twice in the 900 block of Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Found property was reported in the 3000 block of Breckenridge Drive.

* A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
