The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* April D. Owens, 36, 630 Broadridge Drive, F3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Joseph M. Wilson, 24, 202 Big Cone Road, received a summons for littering.

* Bobby R. Patton Jr., 43, 914 Old Cape Road, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Dennis L. Lacey, 25, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 1400 block of Donna Lynn Drive.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1500 block of Mulberry Street.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Sycamore Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Berchman Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 900 block of Woodland Drive.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of White Oak Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 5400 block of Old Cape Road East.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Jessica Street.
