* Alicia Combs, 40, 862 Clark St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Lindsey Moore, 18, 724 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and hindering prosecution.

* Mandy James, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 3700 block of Shalom Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Highland Drive.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1200 block of Brandom St.
