The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Philip Westrich, 25, 295 Hawks Landing, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Michael S. Baker, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Robert W. Peel Jr., 43, 351 Westidge Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of felony stealing.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Henderson Street.

Miscellaneous

* A keep the peace request was made in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.

* A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
