The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Karen S. Harvey, 49, 2460 Alpine Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and trespassing.

Summonses

* Lowell D. Minch, 53, 957 W. Jackson Blvd., received a summons for failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance and careless and imprudent driving.

* Scotty G. Barham, 30, 512 N. Hope St., received a summons for driving without a valid driver's license.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Georgia Street.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of East Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of East Adams Street and Bellevue Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
