The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Perry L. Harkey, 56, of Asheville, N.C., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Diana G. Campbell, 54, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for driving while revoked.

* Jordan S. Pinkerton, 18, 316 East Lane, Apt. 1, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield to a vehicle, causing an accident, failure to maintain insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Shane D. Cather, 23, 6055 Highway 34, received a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jason C. Harris, 31, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Erin M. Gresham, 27, 305 Elmwood Blvd., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of Bellevue Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
