The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Venessa K. Oliphant, 19, 1643 Columbia Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

* A 15-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for assault.

Summons

* Joshua T. Pensel, 18, 160 Spring Hill Road, received a summons for possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Tuesday:

* Citizen assist on Kimbel Lane.

* Citizen assist on Kimbel Lane.
