DWI

* Shelly A. Cook, 37, 616 Highway 34, was arrested on suspicion of speeding and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Benny J. Benavente, 24, 403 Odus Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court on a stealing charge.

Summonses

* Lance S. Borneman, 17, 117 Edwin Drive, received a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* James L. Henry, 38, 220 Sunrise Drive, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle while driver's license suspended.

* Travis C. Marshall, 53, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a citation for driving while revoked.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
