DWI

* Harold Brinley, 47, of Crystal City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Douglas Ford, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a citation for dog at large.

Thefts

* Two thefts were reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Morgan Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Arrests

* Jennifer L. Smith, 39, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

* Walter D. Combs, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

* Joe D. Coulter, 33, of West Frankfort, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Kendra D. McPherson, 30, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Lance K. Moore, 23, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
