The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael A. Overy, Jr., 21, 957 W. Independence St., Lot No. 20, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summons

* Justin D. Tushhoff, 20, 4992 County Road 532, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.

* Trespassing was reported in the area of Deerwood Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.
