* Patricia A. Counts, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
Summons
* Lisa M. Phillips, 44, 166 S. Legend, Lot 181, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
