POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* A theft was reported on North High Street.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Aspen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of South West Lane and Old Toll Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Clark Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

FIRE

Firefighters responded to the following calls Sunday:

* Emergency medical service on East Main Street.

* Motor vehicle accident cleanup on East Jackson Boulevard.
