The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Patrick K. McDowell, 45, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Eric B. Goetz, 26, of Matthews, Mo., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of Old Toll Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
