The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jacob D. Standridge, 20, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson bench warrant for failure to appear.
* Chad D. Gornowich, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Pamela Dawes, 18, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding.
* Kenneth Starr, 25, 910 Clark St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing and property damage.
* Joseph Morrison, 17, 317 Estate Drive, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Luuis M. Martinez Zerafin, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
* Zachary R. Wipfler, 16, no address given, was issued summonses for failure to provide insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Amber M. Ganus, 29, of Steele, Mo..was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
* Dustin M. Penrod, 17, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Courtney L. Baker, 17, 957 W. Independence St., No. 49, was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and displaying the plates of another.
* Barbara Sample, 27, 957 W. Independence St., No. 9, was issued a summons for dog at large.
* A theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Oak Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.
* Fraud was reported in the 4500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A court order violation was reported in the 1200 block of Morton Street.
Firefighters responded to the following call Friday:
* Emergency medical service on South High Street.
* Emergency medical service on North Missouri Street.
* Emergency medical service on South Shawnee Avenue.
* Emergency medical service on North Hope Street.
