Arrest

* Zachary D Parker, 18, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
