Summons

* Katie N. White, 24, 614 N. High St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.
