DWI

* Brian D. Scherer, 35, 602 Parkview St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana, failure to provide proof insurance, failure to drive within a single lane and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Aaron Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
