JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jeremy Voshage, 23, 813 B Illinois St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and property damage.

* Levi M. Asher, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Keith C. Lemmons, 42, 220 Morgan St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Eddie F. Hedge, 36, 957 W. Independence St., Lot 9, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault on school property.

* Sean M. Labrot, 22, 950 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of felony stealing.

* Samantha R. Berryman, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Regan K. Jevnick, 38, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Benjamin R. Grouthe, 36, 1641 Jackson Ridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession.

* Ashley N. Biri, 22, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Erika S. Taylor, 18, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Christina J. Benavente, 20, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Joseph E. Benavente, 21, 606 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Benny J. Benavente, 25, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Lindsey R. Moore, 20, 724 E. Main St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and on suspicion of assault, peace disturbance and trespassing.

* James A. Welsh, 28, 316 N. High St., was arrested on suspicion for driving while revoked.

* Angela D. Soalk, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* David L. Shipley Jr., 21, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Sara D. Rucker, 33, 122 S. Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* Andrea Daniel, 29, 181 Glen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of affray.

* Kellen M. Johnson, 18, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Tyler W. Glydewell, 21, 416 East Lane, Apt. 3, was arrested on a felony probation warrant.

* Jordan L. Smith, 23, 2936 E. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and on suspicion of assault.

* Donna A. Becker, 44, homeless, was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant.

* King D. Pierce, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Hannah R. Mauk, 19, 5150 County Road 525, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

* Tiffany G. Rainey, 23, 1501 Alma Ave, Apt. H4, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Seth A. Little, 20, 2440 Stotler Way, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for suspicion of failure to appear.

* Brandon E. Stearns, 26, 203 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear

* A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody and referred to juvenile on suspicion of assault.

* Lindsey Moore, 21, 724 E. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Kasten Drive.

Summons

* Jeffery L. Davidson, 48, 5321 Highway 72, was issued a summons for no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the area of Tracy Street and Woodland Drive.

* Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Wayne Avenue.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Willow Bend Drive.
