Arrests

* Trevor W. Wilson, 18, 307 Tungsten Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jordan W. Ford, 18, 1988 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Ruby A. Hunter, 46, of Dutchtown received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* William R.D. Porter, 49, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for displaying plates of another and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.

* Assault was reported in the 1700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
