The Jackson Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Juanita L. Dennis, 55, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for speeding.

* Jaime R. Lynn, 25, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for illegal parking.

* David Beggs, 37, 51 Lane St., received a summons for illegal parking.

* Andrew Smith, 20, of New Wells received a summons for speeding.

* Matthew T. Bottoms, 23, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

* Ashley N. Boitnott, 25, of Burfordville received a summons for driving the wrong way on a one-way Street.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Kimbell Woods Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Oak Street.
