* At 4:35 p.m., emergency medical service at 3100 Independence St.

* At 6:22 p.m., emergency medical service at 2000 N. Kingshighway.

* At 7:31 p.m., emergency medical service at 900 N. Kingshighway.

* At 10:02 p.m., a box alarm at 1157 N. West End Blvd.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

* At 4:27 a.m., an extrication outside the city.

* At 11:47 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of South West End Boulevard.

* At 2:03 p.m., emergency medical service on Interstate 55 at mile marker 100.

* At 4:20 p.m., alarm sounding at 630 N. Henderson Ave.

* At 4:44 p.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Centennial Drive.

* At 5:29 p.m., a line down in the 1200 block of South Sprigg Street.

* At 5:50 p.m., an alarm sounding at 750 New Madrid St.

* At 7:18 p.m., an alarm sounding at 1000 Towers Circle.
